The miners from the north, Oreinos in the Konofora is not a tribe that is easily located, hidden deep within the valley of the mountains.
The mountains that seemed small from a distance now towered over you. As you neared the entrance of this mountain tribe, you noticed a stone archway, built high overhead. It connected to two jagged walls, presumably to keep intruders out. Sentry guards stood outside of the walls, but let you pass, and let you take in the enormous village that lay before you.
This was Oreinos. The bustling Rylarians with their carts full of materials and supplies gave it away. In what seemed to be in the center of this sprawling village, a stone structure stood high and pointed, looking like an amorphous branch. A strange aura surrounded it, but you didn't push it. The stone path lead to different parts of the village. To your left, you could see the bustling activity of a marketplace. To the right, it got more residential, tents scattered about the area. Some younger Rys chased each other through the weaving network of tents. When you glanced up, you noticed that the mountains were the same height on all sides of the small valley. It seemed to be a perfect place for a tribe like this. You could see the intertwining network of tunnels and caves, all linked by ropes and swinging lights.
When everything couldn't seem bigger, you noticed an opening dead ahead. It was very far away, but distinct against the mountain. A large formation had been dug, seemingly marking where the alpha stayed. You probably didn't want to get too close to that.
Looking around, at the other hardworking Rylarians, you couldn't help but feel eager to explore more of this strange mountain village.
